How was your weekend?

Ours looked like this…

Well, that’s what Mr. Dreamer and his dad’s weekend looked like.

They’re in the middle of completely gutting and renovating our third bathroom, the “kid’s” bathroom. Saturday included a record five trips to Home Depot. FIVE. You know you’re jealous.

My weekend looked more like this…

The kids and I were exiled to my parent’s house. (Which has a playroom about 500x nicer than ours… there are multiple perks to being the only grandchildren.) This photo was taken while Kenton was watching Cinderella. What? His dad wasn’t there to change the channel to some sporting event. He was quite enamored with the dancing scene. I’m raising a romantic. Ladies, start lining up your daughters.

PS – please note baby girl sitting up and snacking on puffs like she’s a real grown up baby or some other nonsense. (Obviously, I knocked her over right after this photo was taken.)

PPS – I also managed to escape for a bit on Saturday morning to check out the Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market. I scored some awesome deals that I’ll share later.

Meanwhile, we are hoping to have the bathroom renovation wrapped up in the next couple of weeks. We can’t wait to share it with you!
